Slime Time Live

Slime Time Live was definitely one of the kids' highlights:
Kids Games; Slime; Goofy events like how many pairs of underwear can you put on in one minute; Goo; and of course the loser getting pies in their faces and the winners having slime poured on them.
We were all ready, in the front and waiting for the opportunity for one of our group to get picked.

Above: Coby,Bryson and Hayden anxiously awaiting it to begin!
Below: JD, Tanner and Grandpa and I loved watching Tanner get so excited with the possibility of just maybe getting to go o stage.
Kaylee sat on the end, just knowing that this was the prime spot to be chosen to help out. She was so funny. She sat and just talked and talked to Thomas the entire time before the show. I would look over to see Thomas absolutely laughing. He sure loves all the nieces/nephews but it is obvious that Kaylee has such a special place in his heart.
The girls: Katelyn, Brooklyn, Kiley and Suzi
Me and my boys: Hayden, Me, Coby and Bryson
For the life of me I could not get Coby to smile. He was insisting on his serious, you can't make me smile for anything in the world face.
Kaylee and Braden were both chosen to participate.
It may look like Jake was picking on Hayden. But, Hayden idolizes his Uncle Jake, he picks on his Uncle Jake, he relentlessly teases his Uncle Jake and pokes at Uncle Jake until he has Jake's complete and full attention. Then, in true Hayden fashion, he screeches to get away and that it isn't fair how hard Jake is holding on to him.
Truth be told, Hayden's main ambition in life is to be just like his Uncle Jake. He absolutely loves that Uncle Jake will play with him, torture him, and give him attention. Uncle Jake definitely conquered and had Hayden yelling "uncle" to get away! I am so thankful for such a great brother that takes time to help my son feel oh so very loved and cared about!
One of Hayden's ultimate perfect weeks would definitely include getting "Jake time" each and every day! He certainly used it to the best of his advantage. I smile huge each time I see them playing. Thanks, Uncle Jake! You definitely make all of our adventures funner.
